Privacy Policy

Summary

You can browse listings as a guest. To save items, message sellers, make offers, or create listings, you sign in with Apple. We may use your location to show nearby inventory alongside nationwide browse. We do not sell your personal information or run third-party advertising SDKs in the app.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we receive a Sign in with Apple credential and may store a privacy-preserving username, profile details you choose (such as location text and bio), listings, photos, messages, offers, favorites, and reviews.

If you contact us for support, we may keep the contents of that correspondence to help resolve your request.

Location

With your permission, FastFlip uses your device location to show nearby listings and to estimate distances, while you can still browse nationwide. You can also set a location manually. You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings.

Photos and listing content

When you create a listing, photos and listing details you upload are stored so others can view your item. AI listing assist may send listing context to our cloud AI provider to draft titles and descriptions; on-device models may be used when available on your device.

How we use information

• Operate the marketplace: accounts, listings, messaging, offers, and search
• Show nationwide and nearby inventory
• Provide trust & safety tools such as reports, blocks, and verified seller status
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms

Service providers

We use cloud infrastructure to host the app backend (including authentication, databases, file storage, and optional AI assist). Those providers process data on our behalf under their terms. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request timing) may be recorded for security and debugging.

Information stored on your device

The app may store session tokens, preferences, and caches locally (including Keychain where appropriate) so you stay signed in and content loads faster. Clearing the app or signing out removes session access on that device.

Messaging and safety

Messages and offers you send are delivered to the other party so you can complete a transaction. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. We may retain messages for trust & safety and dispute review.

Children’s privacy

FastFlip is intended only for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. You can update profile details in the app. For account or data deletion requests, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. We will revise the effective date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
