What FastFlip is

FastFlip is a nationwide marketplace that helps people buy and sell across the country, discover nearby listings and deals, message one another, make offers, and list items for sale. FastFlip is a platform; we are not a party to transactions between users unless we say otherwise in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FastFlip. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts

Browsing may be available without an account. To save, message, offer, or sell, you must Sign in with Apple and maintain accurate profile information. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes.

Listings and content

You are solely responsible for listings, photos, messages, and other content you post. You agree that your content is accurate, lawful, and that you have the right to offer the items you list. Prohibited content includes illegal goods, fraud, harassment, spam, and anything that violates Apple’s rules or applicable law.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.

Transactions and meetups

Buyers and sellers arrange their own meetups and payments. Follow in-app safety tips: meet in public, bring a friend, meet in daylight when possible, inspect items before paying, and trust your instincts. FastFlip does not guarantee item condition, payment completion, or user identity beyond tools we provide (such as verification badges).

Offers and messaging

Offers and messages are between users. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. We may retain communications for trust & safety.

Intellectual property

FastFlip branding, the app, and site design are owned by FastFlip or its licensors. You retain rights to content you create, and you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers

FastFlip is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastFlip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or from transactions between users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will change at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
